International Affairs & Trade

Jefferson Government Relations has a rapidly expanding international practice with a network of government affairs affiliates around the world. Our business endeavors encompass both the developing and developed world with a special emphasis on Africa. Our overseas efforts have resulted in strong relations with several foreign countries and with top government officials. We also are privileged to enjoy relationships with the United Nations, World Bank and other international organizations.

Jefferson has pursued such projects as securing export financing for aircraft and promoting multilateral U.S. investment opportunities. We also have conducted sensitive international investigations on behalf of clients, and intervened on non-tariff trade barriers erected by foreign governments. In addition, Jefferson has interceded with governments to move strategic materials across international borders.
