Maintenance

Because tune-ups keep your Mac happy, and happy Macs make happy users, many of our clients opt for regularly scheduled maintenance visits. Routine procedures, backup systems, updates, and much more are checked, and fixes recommended (and/or fixed) on the spot. Ward off those ugly crashes and evil directory problems with our pro-active preventative maintenance and get a discount for doing so.

Internet Hosting

What could be better than having the same support team that comes to your office provide hosting? MacLab has email hosting powered by Kerio Mail Server, with full virus and spam protection, vacation messaging, webmail and scheduling. The webmail can even sync contacts with your Apple Address Book and iCal. FTP storage is accessible via a web browser for Mac/Windows compatibility. We also have Web hosting servers carrying light loads unlike the commercial giants.

Servers

Tired of swapping files and getting confused about who has what? It could be time for a server. A Mac OS X server can centralize your work flow and backup. Backup servers, database, contact, mail and others are often key to keeping company information safe, secure and organized. We can set up a remote connection from our office to your server for quick resolution of any issues.

Font Management

If you're a designer, you love fonts. Enough said. Or is it? If you love fonts but don't love organizing them for ease of use and collection, you'll benefit from our refined approach to this potential and pervasive pitfall. If color is your bane, then give us a holler and we'll have InDesign looking like Photoshop, QuarkXpress and what-have-you in no time.
