JGR CARES PROGRAM

Jefferson Government Relations promotes and encourages its staff to give back to the community through volunteerism and donations. Helping others feels good, it also helps people feel good about themselves by providing rewarding experiences and opportunities to utilize their talents, while making a positive impact in communities where they work and live.  JGR makes corporate donations to various charities throughout the year and encourages employees to think philanthropically.

Every culture depends on philanthropy, voluntary giving and voluntary action to provide essential elements of a civil society.  JGR has initiated a volunteer day option for all employees as a way to encourage participation in the program.  Employees can have up to eight hours of time annually (not charged against vacation leave) to use during the business day in support of their personal philanthropic endeavors.  JGR Cares!
